uStudio, Inc.As founder and chief executive officer of uStudio Inc., Jen Grogono leads the company’s vision and strategy for its innovative virtual studio platform and cloud-based video management and distribution technologies.
In 2006, Ms Grogono co-founded On Networks, where she served as Chief Content Officer and President, pioneering new forms of digital programming and any-screen, any-device distribution, while partnering with blue-chip brands, marketing agencies and a virtual team of worldwide content creators.
Prior to On Networks, Ms. Grogono spent more than 15 years creating and implementing strategic marketing and integrated communications programs across a range of technology, consumer and public service organizations.
Ms. Grogono served as vice president of corporate marketing for Motive Inc. (now part of Alcatel), where she handled pre- and post-IPO marketing, public relations and investor communications. She has also held GM and executive positions at Porter Novelli, an Omnicom-owned worldwide communications firm, Kurion, a digital content and application syndication company (acquired by iSyndicate, now Yellowbrix), and Lois Paul & Partners.
Jen Grogono is a frequent speaker on industry panels related to the intersection of media, marketing and technology. Her early work in digital media has been recognized through industry awards and features in business publications like the New York Times, Fortune, and Wall Street Journal. In 2008, she contributed to Peachpit Press’s new media book, Web Video: Making it Great, Getting it Noticed.
Ms. Grogono is a cum laude graduate of Boston College, and currently resides in Austin, Texas with her husband and three children.
