Nov. 2 AIDS Celebrity Charity Gala and Film Screening:

Reach for the stars, a very rare opportunity to have your company strongly associated with China's first major entertainment industry AIDS charity event. Stars, filmmakers, broadcasters, industry pioneers, government officials, local celebrities and festival participants will participate in a very special, gala evening event to raise money and awareness in support of the fight against AIDS. The glamorous star-studded banquet will be followed by a special screening of internationally respected director / cinematographer Gu Chang Wei's remarkable AIDS themed documentary feature "Together." You or a corporate spokesperson will share the stage with a least one major international motion picture star during the Gala and deliver your corporate message. Nov. 3 Awards Banquet:

The culmination of the Macao, China International Digital Cinema Festival and Expo is our Awards Banquet and Ceremony, where filmmakers, broadcasters, celebrities, sponsors and guest will celebrate the achievements of our 2011 Jury Award and Audience Award winners as well as individuals receiving special achievement awards. You or one of your senior spokespersons will be introduced to deliver your corporate message. This sponsorship also includes one 12-seat table placed at the head of the room for members of your company or organization and your invited guest, plus one seat at the Banquet's head table, signage, corporate logo and message in the Festival's program book and show guide and more.

Each of the three evenings of the Festival we will provide the opportunity to sponsor the evening cocktail hour. The Digital Cinema and Broadcast Saloon

Where better to promote your brand than the Festival's Digital Saloon, a thriving hub of participants, exhibitors visitors and potential customers. You can become the "Inn Keeper" of the Digital Saloon for one day or for the entire event. It is a great way to showcase your latest technology, meet and greet old and new clients, catch up with old friends and acquaintances and make new ones.

Festival Literature Bag

The literature bags are practical for Festival visitors who will collect an abundance of sponsor literature and giveaways. Make sure your company logo is advertised wherever they go. The sponsor or sponsors will be asked to print their logo with reference to the full name of the Festival across the bottom of both sides of the bags.

Price: $4,000 USD. Sponsors are to print and supply their own promotional bags for delivery to the Festival.

Intensive Sponsored Workshops

Two hour demonstration with live translation. This is a wonderful opportunity to explain and demonstrate the potential of your technology directly to a very interested audience.

Aisle Signs

Increase awareness by exclusively displaying your company logo on all aisle signs throughout the show floor. Attendees will see your logo each time they look for directions relating to the festival and Expo. Includes production, installation, and dismantle of double-sided aisle signs.

Our basic Exhibitor Booth Package is 3x3 meters, which includes a ready-to-go stand that contains one table, two chairs, electrical outlet and lights, carpeting and your corporate logo and name and is Price: $2,300 USD (14,800 RMB)

Additional standard Exhibitor Booth Packages are available at 3x6 meters and 6x10 meters. For prices of these larger sized Exhibitor Booths, or any additional specialized exhibition requirements, including specific "open" areas, please contact us directly. As example, completely open areas starting at 3x3 meters are available at the price of $1,000 USD. All Booth locations will be made on a "first come" basis.

Meeting Rooms:

For networking, private product demonstration and customer engagement in a private setting with your branding. Meeting rooms are open for booking for Sponsors, Exhibitors and Non-exhibitors.
